The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
Any membership products including the guild membership cancellations will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Any cancelations on products not including membership products made after 3 days of merchandise delivery will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions.
The deadline for cancelling any non-membership products is 3 days after merchandise delivery.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

If your cancelation qualifies for a refund then we will act quickly and swiftly to get your funds back to you, but transactions take time so you will have to wait a minimum of 14 business days to see funds issued back to the same method of purchase.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The non-membership goods were received in the last 3 days
- You have contacted Us and We have determined you are eligible
The following Goods cannot be refunded:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any sale of any merchandise that We find eligible and is completely up to Our discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
We do not accept returns. If You are eligible to get a refund We encourage You to donate or repurpose the merchandise.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You can contact us and We will send Your Order to the correct address and You may keep the Order that arrived to Your address.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
